Rough week
Sorry guys! I'm having a rough start to my week. I promise a new post soon!!

Let me know about the roast. This may sound kind of funny, but I have found that when I bake a roast, I have the best luck when I bake it from frozen to the oven on around 275 degrees for about 3-4 hours. It seems to be the most tender this way-do you have any other readers that think this way? I know it sounds crazy!
